Recycled milk jugs are ground into small beads. Pictured above is a pile of ground, recycled milk cartons.

The recycled milk cartons are melted, and fed into an extruder, color and U-V- Sun Protection are added. The boards are shaped into the perfect size and thickness to make our beautiful poly lumber furniture!

Raw poly lumber is available in 5 colors, to create our sturdy, poly furniture. - gray, green, white, burgundy and weatherwood.

We precisely cut the poly lumber using steam-powered tools. All our furniture is hand-made and carefully inspected for the finest quality!

Our furniture is then boxed and is ready for shipping
